Ronald Jackson is one of California's most experienced DUI defense attorneys. He has more than 30 years of experience in criminal law. His practice has been limited to representing arrested for DUI and related cases for more than 15 years.

He has done extensive study in science of how alcohol works in the human body. He has written a short book on this subject called UNDERSTANDING YOUR BLOOD ALCOHOL CONCENTRATION. His extensive knowledge in this field gives him the unique ability to analyze a person's drinking pattern and present a successful defense in a DUI case.

In a DUI case one of the most important issues is the driver's BAC, Blood Alcohol Concentration, at the time of the stop, accident or time of last driving. Mr. Jackson has developed a computerized presentation that can be used to prove a driver's BAC was less than 0.08% at the time of the last driving even if the breath or blood test result is more than 0.08% at the time of the chemical test.

When a person is arrested for DUI, he or she is also served with a notice of suspension of their driving privilege. Mr. Jackson has been very successful in DMV hearings. He is the only California Attorney with four published decisions in license suspension cases:
